Any sales of alcohol made via this internet site will be made on that liquor license.
The applicable law for transactions for the purchase of alcohol on this internet site are the laws of New Zealand.
By placing an order with you accept that the ownership of the goods passes to the customer upon payment and dispatch of the goods from our warehouse.
All products will arrive to you Duty and GST Paid.
You will not be liable for any additional charges.
We collect information from you when you register on our site, place an order or subscribe to our newsletter.
When ordering or registering on our site, you will be asked to enter your name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number or credit card information.
We use this information to process transactions – your data will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any other company for any reason whatsoever, other than for the purpose of delivering the purchased product requested.
We can also use this information to run a promotion, survey or other site feature as well as sending you periodic emails with news or promotions. If at any time you want to unsubscribe from receiving newsletters, we include unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of each newsletter.

Any complaints will be handled quickly and efficiently and all information exchanged will be confidential. We guarantee to respond to complaints within five working days and to keep the customer informed about progress of any complaint at regular intervals. If you receive any corked bottles, please let us know as soon as possible and send us the cork back together with the bottle’s serial number and we will send you a replacement bottle or we will refund in full the corked bottle.
Sometimes breakages happen in transit, in this case please let us know immediately and we will refund in full your broken items or send you a replacement order.
All orders require a signature upon delivery, and must be signed for by someone over the age of 18.
We ship with ATWF in Auckland Central and PBT for the rest of the country. Freight charges for your order are automatically calculated as you add items to your shopping cart. Some items may take longer to reach you if you live in a rural area. We will email you tracking information for your order when it is despatched from us.
Orders for Auckland are delivered within 24 to 48 hours and rest of the country between two to three working days.
All orders shipped are insured at no additional charge.
