100% Syrah, D.O. Vinos de Cádiz

Aged for 1 year in French oak barrels, Taberner has dark violet colour with a vivid shine. On the nose it displays aromas of ripe blackberry fruit, mocha and licorice notes, pepper and hints of violets. It is equally attractive in the mouth: silky, balanced with a pleasant combination of spicy, dark fruit and mocha clad oak. Luscious from the first until the last sip.

Pair it with tarragon crusted lamb with mustard sauce, beef fillet with confit potatoes and truffle oil, Sichuan pepper crusted duck with orange glaze, roasted whole beef fillet with shallot and cassis gravy.
