Petit Pittacum has a very bright, clean, medium cherry-coloured robe with a violet rim.
This single varietal Mencía from El Bierzo displays primary aromas coming from the fruit, such as raspberries, cranberries and wild strawberries, along with some herbal remembrances and hints of laurel, liquorice and balsam.
This red wine by Bodegas y Viñedos Pittacum is light, juicy and fresh, with an outstanding acidity, some bitter notes, notions of violets, red berries and wet earth. Medium finish with some fruity and mineral remembrances.
|OUR PERSONAL OPINION|| |
Petit Pittacum 2016 is a modern wine in the best sense of the term. Drinkable, honest and judiciously oaked.
