During the harvest the grape is had picked and de-stemmed, then squeezed before sending it to the press. The must gets decanted for 24 hours and then cleaned and filtered on an empty filter. After fermentation the wine is transferred to a different container to separate it from the stems and sediments. The next step is the cold stabilization, holding the wine in an isothermal barrel at 5 degrees Celsius for a week.
Gold yellow colour with bright greens, clean and bright. Intense in the nose, it is a very fragrant wine, fruity and floral, fresh and sophisticated. Brings to memory peach and apricot notes. Strong in the mouth is a delightful surprise for the palate, clean, silky, Marcelo has a light touch of minerals from Northern Spain and a very well balanced acidity. Fantastic structure and a lovely finish that keeps you wanting more.
