Winemaking:

Cool maceration at 8ºC for 12 hours before fermentation at 16-18ºC in stainless steel tanks.

 

Tasting notes:

Strikingly deep raspberry colour with intense raspberry and strawberry fruit flavours on the nose. Good weight on the palate, almost like a light red. Packed with raspberry fruit, this is a great food rose and even greater on its own.

 

Consume: 1 - 2 years following the harvest

Food Pairing: Fish, seafood, salads, soft cheese and white meats.

Serving Temperature: 8 - 12ºC

Alcohol: 12%
